Job summary

UPMC Williamsport in Williamsport, PA seeks an American Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established team. Willingness to perform hand surgery is a must, and you should be comfortable assisting with occasional Level II Trauma call. APPs take first call in the department.

The practice emphasizes strong partnerships with General Orthopedics, Podiatry and Plastics, with a supportive environment and access to a vibrant regional community in north-central Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in orthopedic surgery (US)
• Willingness to perform hand surgery
• Comfortable assisting with Level II trauma calls
• Ability to collaborate with APPs and other specialties

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic care with focus on hand surgery as needed
• Collaborate with General Orthopedics, Podiatry and Plastics
• Participate in Level II trauma call coverage with APPs handling first line
