Woodhull Medical Center, located in Brooklyn, NY, affiliated with NYU Grossman School of Medicine, seeks a board-certified/eligible full-time orthopedic surgeon to join our surgical care team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing care for musculoskeletal injuries, illnesses, and deformities; subspecialty preferred in lower limb sports and general trauma.
2. Developing treatment plans, including medications and non-surgical treatments.
3. Providing consulting services to physicians.
4. Coordinating with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
5. Monitoring patients through regular checkups and follow-ups.

About the Department of Surgery:

Includes seven operating rooms with services like General Surgery, Orthopedics, and more. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including full robotics service.

Candidate Requirements:

Board Certified/Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.

Work Schedule:

Approximately 5 outpatient sessions and 2-3 operative sessions weekly, with administrative time and shared call coverage. Physician assistants assist in clinics and ORs.

Compensation & Benefits:
