Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Northampton, MA is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join its expanding Orthopedic Service. Fellowship training in Sports Medicine is preferred.

You will develop a comprehensive sports medicine and arthroscopy practice, serving athletes and active patients across the region. This role offers collaboration within a nationally recognized health system and access to advanced imaging and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible orthopedic surgeon.
• Fellowship training in sports medicine preferred.
• Experience in sports medicine and arthroscopy desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive sports medicine and arthroscopy practice.
• Provide care for athletes and active patients of all ages.
• Participate in a 1:5 general orthopedic call schedule.
• Collaborate within the Mass General Brigham Orthopedic Service.
• Work across Northampton and satellite outpatient locations.

About the Opportunity

• Join an established team of five orthopedic surgeons, one physiatrist, and five advanced practice providers.
• Develop a comprehensive sports medicine and arthroscopy practice with a strong regional referral base.
• Perform a full spectrum of sports medicine procedures while caring for athletes and active patients of all ages.
• Participate in a collegial 1:5 general orthopedic call schedule.
• Practice in newly expanded clinical space with access to advanced imaging, physical therapy, rehabilitation, and wellness services.
• Provide care in Northampton with additional outpatient locations, including West Hatfield and Amherst.
