MultiCare Health System's Neuroscience Institute seeks a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our established practice on our Northwest campus. You will provide outpatient and inpatient spine care with an ARNP partner, delivering comprehensive treatment in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

You will diagnose, plan, and perform cervical to lumbar spine procedures, collaborate with neurosurgeons, participate in tumor boards, and contribute to quality initiatives that advance

Competenze

• MD or DO from an accredited program.
• Completion of orthopaedic surgery residency and fellowship in spine surgery.
• Board certified or board eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery.

Mansioni

• Diagnose and treat spinal conditions through outpatient evaluation, hospital consultation, and surgical planning.
• Perform cervical, thoracic, and lumbar procedures including fusions and decompressions.
• Collaborate with neurosurgeons and subspecialists on complex cases.
• Interpret X-rays, CT, MRI and dynamic imaging to support surgical decisions.
• Participate in spine conferences, tumor boards and quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and families on surgical options, risks, and recovery goals.
• Stay current with innovations in biologics, navigation technology, and minimally invasive techniques.
• Complete accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
