Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and board eligible or board certified in Neurology.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Neuromuscular Medicine Fellowship.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Washington State.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient-focused neuromuscular medicine practice.
• No call responsibilities; Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
