Quantum Pain and Orthopedic, a premier outpatient clinical network serving the San Antonio and Austin, TX areas, seeks an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to diagnose and treat spinal disorders and injuries. You will perform surgical procedures, evaluate histories and tests, collaborate with Interventional Pain Management Physicians and Spine Surgeons, and ensure surgical assistance.

The clinic emphasizes no on-call schedules and a high-volume referral flow in a team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Residency training in orthopedic surgery.
• Fellowship training in spine surgery
• Board certification in orthopedic surgery
• Valid Texas medical license to practice in the state
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Working Schedule Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures to correct spinal disorders, deformities, and injuries
• Evaluate patients' medical history, physical condition, and diagnostic test results to determine appropriate treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients such as Interventional Pain Management Physicians, Orthopedic Extremity and Spine Surgeons
• Surgical assist guaranteed
• Support staff available including NP/PA's, MA's, and scribe team
• We are an outpatient clinic with ambulatory surgical centers nearby
• No call Schedules
• High volume of referrals per month
• Travels as necessary to other facilities in San Antonio and Austin locations.
