Decatur Memorial invites applications for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Orthopedic Spine Team in Decatur, IL. This full-time, days position offers four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts with compensation ranging $44.00–$77.00 per hour. Qualified candidates must hold APRN or PA licensure per Illinois law, with applicable certifications.

• Requires APRN or PA licensure per Illinois law.
• APRN/PA certification required as determined by department.
• Maintain IL Controlled Substance license; DEA license if required.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Follow protocols and coordinate follow-up with primary care providers.
• Document thoroughly for Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers; manage medical records per policy.
• Coordinate necessary resources and collaborate with healthcare professionals to formulate and modify care plans.
• Contribute to adherence to evidence-based quality indicators and participate in education and program development.
