Benefis Health System in Great Falls, MT seeks an Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider with inpatient and surgical experience to work alongside an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon and APP team. The role includes 8-hour shifts over 4 days, with weekend trauma call rotation and predominantly clinic and inpatient rounding duties.

The team consists of 8 orthopedic surgeons and 6 surgical APPs, with operating rooms across a skybridge and an ambulatory surgery center on the same floor as the clinic.

Qualifications

• Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider with inpatient and surgical experience.
• Willingness to work 4 days per week with weekend trauma call rotation.
• Ability to collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and APP team.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-clinic and inpatient care for orthopedic patients.
• Rounding on inpatient post-op and follow-ups; assist in surgeries as needed.
• Support communication with orthopedic physicians and APP team partners.
• Cover surgical cases as a backup after appropriate training.
