Join our growing employed Orthopedic group. Our lineup of orthopedics and sports medicine experts offer comprehensive surgical and non-surgical treatment options within the Puget Sound region.

This role will specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder, elbow and sports medicine conditions. You will be partnered with an experienced, fellowship trained, Orthopedic Surgeon focused on shoulder in a full-time capacity in our opulent Puget Sound region. This position will function at both Covington and Auburn Hospitals. Prefer one year of surgical experience but willing evaluate all committed candidates.

What we offer:

• Group of 4 surgeons and 5 APP
• Emphasis on shoulder arthroplasty and arthroscopy
• Two OR days per week with mostly outpatient surgeries
• Monday - Friday work schedule
• 1:5 call rotation with APPs

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $136,984.00 - $185,795.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
