Job summary

Arthrex Milwaukee is seeking a highly self-motivated Associate Sales Representative to join our fast-paced, dynamic organization on a team in the Greater Madison area. You will consult surgeons in the operating room regarding implants and instruments and strive to meet or exceed territory sales goals.

The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, stay current on our product portfolio, and participate in after-hours calls.

Qualifications

2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
Willingness to work after hours and weekends.
Comfortable in surgery/operating room environments.
Live within 30-45 minutes of the Madison area.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory representing Arthrex Milwaukee.
Build and maintain strong business relationships to increase territory results.
Communicate with current and new customer accounts on product updates and programs.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet objectives.
Identify customer needs and respond via written, phone, and face-to-face channels.
Cross-sell additional products and manage new product introductions.
Provide logistical support within the territory for equipment and products.
Address problems at the account and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
Receive coaching and transfer knowledge to peers; maintain ongoing training.
Gather competitive data and stay current on industry and market trends.
Attend sales meetings and professional association gatherings, including evenings/weekends.
