Job summary

Orthopedic Physicians Alaska is looking for a highly skilled nurse to join our dynamic team in Anchorage, Alaska. This PRN position requires a commitment of 1-2 shifts per month with flexibility in the schedule.

The ideal candidate must possess an ASN or BSN, have at least one year of RN experience, preferably in orthopedics, and hold a current state RN license. We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional development and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of RN experience, preferably in an orthopedic setting.
• Current state RN license and CPR certificate.

• Obtain, verify, and record health history of patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in medical records.
• Promote wellness by providing patient education materials.
• Maintain environmental standards and equipment in the clinic.
