Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Pocatello, ID is seeking a day shift, full-time Orthopedic Unit Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care-focused team. You will deliver direct nursing care, coordinate plans, and respond to emergencies using the nursing process.

Qualifications include graduating from an accredited school of nursing, current Idaho RN license, BLS within 14 days of hire, and ACLS within one year. Preferred: a minimum of 1 year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current RN licensure in Idaho
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
ACLS within one year of hire date and maintain as current
Preferred: Minimum of 1-year acute care

Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols
Respond to life threatening situations with appropriate nursing interventions
Organize care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, evaluating and communicating with Providers/Leaders on an ongoing basis
