Ardent Health Services’ Portneuf Neuroscience & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day shift, PRN coverage in Pocatello, Idaho. The LPN delivers care under the RN supervision, using the nursing process and hospital policies while prioritizing, delegating, and communicating with the care team.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current Idaho LPN licensure, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care under RN supervision using the nursing process.
• Prioritize, delegate, deliver, evaluate and communicate with Providers/Leaders on an ongoing basis.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
