Zusammenfassung

EMERGEOrthO, P.A. is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to provide professional imaging in an orthopedic setting. You will work across Jacksonville, Swansboro, and Morehead offices, performing diagnostic x-rays, documenting history and charges, and maintaining infection control under physician supervision.

8–5, Monday to Friday, with travel to clinics as needed. The role requires ARRT registration, NC licensure as applicable, CPR, and strong patient communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic technologist program.
• ARRT registration and NC licensure/certification as required.
• Current CPR certification and ability to communicate clearly.

Aufgaben

• Obtain and document patient history prior to exam.
• Position radiographic equipment at correct angle/height.
• Adjust x-ray controls to achieve desired density and contrast.
• Perform diagnostic x-rays as indicated by physician/APP.
• Prepare medical records and x-ray films for review.
• Maintain infection control and educate patients as appropriate.
• Replenish supplies and notify clinical manager of needs.
• Ensure lab/test results are communicated for timely care.
• Document charges accurately reflecting encounter and plan.
