Job summary

Park North Physical Therapy in Paramus, NJ is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will provide rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population, focusing on musculoskeletal injuries and post-surgical rehab, in a collaborative clinic.

The role offers a stable onsite schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, and an annual CE stipend to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in an orthopedic setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient conditions to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Apply manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to aid recovery.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
• Document patient progress in EMR following clinic protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
