Job summary

Upcoresolutions is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to develop and lead an orthopedic and regenerative rehabilitation program in a cash-based practice. You will deliver patient-centered care with one-on-one sessions and shape protocols for regenerative therapies.

The role emphasizes leadership, community outreach, and collaboration with a supportive clinical team to drive exceptional outcomes. Full-time schedule with flexible evenings/weekends for events may be available.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required and Iowa license or eligibility.
• Strong orthopedic background with experience in return-to-activity or return-to-sport.
• Interest in regenerative therapies such as shockwave; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead the orthopedic and regenerative rehabilitation service line.
• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based orthopedic techniques, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and return-to-activity programming.
• Help establish clinical protocols and best practices for regenerative therapies.
• Mentor support staff and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure outcomes.
• Build relationships within the community through educational events, networking, and referral development.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation with minimal administrative burden.
