A privately owned, patient-focused medical practice in Dubuque is hiring two Associate-level Orthopedic Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with clinical autonomy.

This cash-based clinic offers extended one-on-one sessions, minimal admin burden, and the opportunity to build a regenerative rehabilitation service line, including shockwave therapy, while mentoring staff and engaging with the community.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience treating orthopedic conditions.
• Current Iowa Physical Therapy license or eligible.
• Interest in regenerative rehabilitation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the orthopedic and regenerative rehabilitation service line.
• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based orthopedic techniques, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and return-to-activity programming.
• Establish clinical protocols for regenerative therapies, including shockwave treatment, while contributing to future program growth.
• Mentor support staff and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
• Build community relationships through educational events, networking, and referral development.
• Maintain electronic documentation efficiently within a streamlined clinical workflow.
