Pro Active Physical Therapy Aurora Southlands in Aurora, CO seeks a motivated staff Physical Therapist to join a busy clinic with 15+ years of service. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, a salary range of $80,000–$90,000 plus productivity incentives up to $32,500 and potential yearly earnings of $112,000–$122,000+.

Formación

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals using various techniques.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques and integrate as appropriate.
