Job summary

Pro Active Physical Therapy Aurora Southlands is seeking a motivated staff Physical Therapist to join our well-respected clinic in the southeast Denver metro area. Located in Aurora, CO, this clinic has served the community for over 15 years with a reputation for excellent patient care and strong provider partnerships.

The role offers a sign-on bonus of $10,000 and a salary range of $80,000–$90,000 based on experience, plus a productivity incentive of up to $32,500.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any state regulatory requirements.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to determine functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and apply therapies.
• Implement exercises, manual therapy and interventions to improve mobility.
• Maintain and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Document patient progress and prepare discharge summaries.
