Ivy Rehab in Charlottesville, VA seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist (Salaried) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. We offer a compensation range of $80,000–$110,000 per year plus additional compensation options such as bi-weekly bonuses, CEU reimbursement, and sign-on/relocation or student loan repayment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy with patient-centered sessions.
• Collaborate with mentors and clinicians while maintaining autonomy and growth.
• Deliver high-quality care tailored to each patient’s age and diagnosis.
