Job summary

Aquacare and Fitness Forum Physical Therapy in Millsboro, Delaware is hiring an Orthopedic Physical Therapist. Base salary ranges from 82K to 100K, with up to 12,500 in bonuses, and options for four- or five-day weeks with flexible hours.

You will see fewer than 11 patients per day, one-on-one, with 30 minutes of non-treatment time built in and documentation via Prompt EMR with AI-assisted notes. There are abundant specialty tracks and mentorship to grow in orthopedics and aquatic therapy.

Qualifications

• Fewer than 11 patients a day, one-on-one, no productivity quota.
• Caseload is general outpatient orthopedics with a mix of ages and diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with one-on-one care; not only evaluate.
• Work with a team of 6-8 therapists and additional PTAs/techs.
• Specialize in orthopedic rehab, manual therapy, pain science, dry needling, pelvic floor, aquatic therapy, balance and vestibular, neurological rehab, etc.
