Job summary

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited physical therapy program.

• Advanced training in trigger point dry needling or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment of incoming patients to determine appropriate physical therapy programs, including exercise instruction and manual therapy.
• Record patient conditions and responses; complete daily notes and forms in EMR.
• Maintain knowledge of PT role as primary care provider and evidence-based practices.
• Communicate with referring physicians and other health care staff about therapy and equipment.
• Document treatments to substantiate billing in EMR; ensure quality care.
