Qualifications

• DPT or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Colorado licensure or eligibility to practice in Colorado.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Two years outpatient experience preferred; new graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy care.
• Monitor patient progress and modify plans as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness.
