Summit Orthopedics is seeking a Physician Assistant to float across clinics, urgent care, ASC, and hospital settings in the Twin Cities metro. The role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with occasional evening/holiday rotation and requires the PA to work at multiple Summit locations as needed.

Qualified candidates hold a Minnesota PA license and a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies, with preference for orthopedic experience.

Formación

• Licensed PA in Minnesota.
• Experience in orthopedic settings preferred.
• Strong patient communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first or second assist in the operating room, including exposure and closure.
• Triage patient calls, evaluate problems, and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Prepare patients for surgery, including positioning, skin prep and local anesthesia.
• Provide ongoing patient evaluation, care planning, and post-operative education.
