Responsibilities

• Examine patients, provide diagnosis and treatment per clinical needs.
• Develop care plans with multidisciplinary teams and document outcomes.
• Provide inpatient care including perioperative services and OR assistance.
• Order and review labs and diagnostics; prescribe under regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate confidential medical records in the EHR.
• Support accreditation, compliance, and regulatory activities as needed.
