Job summary

Twin Cities Orthopedics is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our team in the Waconia and Chaska locations. The role includes clinic duties and participation in surgical care, with responsibilities ranging from patient assessment to prescribing medications.

Required qualifications include an accredited PA/NP program, NCCPA certification, MN medical board license, and DEA registration, with more than two years of orthopedic experience.

Qualifications

• Accredited PA or NP program completed.
• NCCPA certification.
• Minnesota Board of Medical Practice registration/license.
• DEA registration.
• >2 years orthopedic experience required.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in clinic for non-operative orthopedic conditions and assist in surgery.
• Perform injections, splinting, casting, suturing, wound care.
• Develop patient management plans and record progress.
• Prescribe medications.
• Assess and manage concussion treatment plans.
• Refer to surgeon when needed.
• Support outreach events as needed.
