Job summary

Elios Healthcare is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to support a busy orthopedic practice in the North Dallas–Fort Worth area. This is a high-volume clinic with strong clinical support and a clear path toward increased autonomy.

You will manage day-to-day clinic visits for hip and knee patients, perform in-clinic procedures such as injections, order and interpret diagnostic imaging, and collaborate on treatment plans with the supervising physician.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Previous orthopaedic clinic experience required.
  • OR exposure during training or rotations is a plus.
  • Comfortable in a high-pace, high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day clinic visits for hip and knee patients.
  • Perform in-clinic procedures such as injections.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic imaging.
  • Develop and execute treatment plans with supervising physician.
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, and recovery plans.
  • Transition into the OR to support cases as First Assist after training.

Job description

A highly respected orthopedics practice in the North Dallas–Fort Worth area is adding a full-time Physician Assistant to support a busy and well-established practice

Compensation & Schedule
  • $115,000 – $135,000 base salary (flexibility for an exceptional candidate)
  • Call responsibilities will be discussed collaboratively and tailored to the provider selected
  • Credentialing begins immediately upon hire — you’ll be working, shadowing, and ramping up during the credentialing process
