Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Arizona Physician Assistant license.
• NCCPA Certification required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, including history and physical exams.
• Diagnose and manage orthopedic conditions and injuries.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret imaging and diagnostic studies.
• Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, procedures, and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
