Zohorecruit in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist (DPT) to join our team of specialists in a busy outpatient setting.

You will build and adjust individualized treatment plans, work shoulder-to-shoulder with physicians, mentor PT staff, and ensure timely EMR documentation. The role offers $85K-$120K base, a $10K sign-on, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited PT program.
• Active Florida PT license or eligibility before start date.
• Outpatient Orthopedic experience preferred.
• Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and adjust individualized treatment plans rooted in clinical reasoning.
• Work closely with physicians and surgeons on a unified plan of care.
• Coach patients and families on post-op protocols and home exercise programs.
• Mentor PT students and newer staff.
• Document cleanly and on time in our EMR.
