Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Successful completion of clinical internship.
• Current Colorado physical therapist license required.
• BLS Certificate within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret evaluations and test results to determine optimal PT treatment plans.
• Administer diverse PT treatments following standards; guide exercises and device use.
• Educate patients on condition and self-care for wellness.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for discharge planning and follow-up.
• Document patient care accurately in records, maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist in supervising PT aides, students, and volunteers within scope.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment per infection-control policies.
• Ensure equipment operation via preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Incorporate clinical expertise, patient values, and best evidence in practice.
