Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver medically prescribed therapy, promote recovery, and prevent disability after disease or injury. You will develop individualized treatment plans, perform assessments, and educate patients on home programs and device use.

The role requires a DPT, PT licensure, and BLS, with pelvic health certification optional; prior relevant practice experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) required with licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Pelvic health certification optional; preferred.
• Minimum years of relevant practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan individualized therapy programs using exercises, manual techniques, heat, water, light, and electrical modalities.
• Conduct diagnostic and prognostic tests on muscles, nerves, and joints.
• Guide patients through gait training, active and passive exercises, and muscle reeducation.
• Supervise support staff or train students in therapy techniques.
