Job summary

Surgery Partners is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide preoperative education, early postoperative mobility training, and individualized rehabilitation for patients in an orthopedic surgery center. Qualifications

• Current CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of PT evaluation techniques and rehab protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-surgical education and discharge planning.
• Perform PT evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide postoperative mobility training and use of assistive devices.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust interventions.
• Communicate progress to physicians and team.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation.
