Job summary

Balanced Physical Therapy + Wellness in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic-focused team. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, you will assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and quality of life for our diverse patient population.

You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, educate patients, document progress, and support pelvic health and preventive care.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required.
• Current Physical Therapy license for New Mexico.
• Experience in physical therapy or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to manage daily caseload and document progress accurately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess conditions, limitations, and pain.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and clear communication with patients and families.
• Provide guidance and resources for at-home exercises and pelvic health care.
