Bennett Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Clinic in Chantilly, VA seeks a full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with surgical recoveries, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist with a clean professional record.
• Experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting preferred.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and creation of targeted exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR or similar EMR systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify needs, set goals, and tailor treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy with a patient-centric approach, treating one patient per hour.
• Implement techniques and exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care and outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans to evolving goals.
• Advocate for non-invasive treatment options to reduce medication reliance.
