Spire Orthopedic Partners in Peabody, MA is seeking an entry-level Physical Therapist to provide orthopedic PT services in a dynamic care setting. The role involves applying PT guidelines, collaborating with the care team, and supporting patient-centered plans.

The ideal candidate holds a Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy with an active Massachusetts license; orthopedic experience is preferred, and strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Formación

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active license to practice in Massachusetts.
• Orthopedic PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct screening to determine need for additional intervention.
• Evaluate patients to collect data for treatment planning.
• Develop goals and treatment plans with patients and families.
• Provide physical therapy services per guidelines and clinic policy.
• Monitor responses and modify treatment to meet goals.
• Educate patients, families, and staff; provide in-service education.
• Document assessments, treatment, follow-up and termination of services.
• Ensure infection control compliance and safety.
