Job summary

Qualifications
- Must hold a valid PT license in Texas or eligible to practice in the state.
- Licensed PTA preferred to collaborate within the team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment and goals
- Provide hands-on therapy
- Collaborate with team to provide cohesive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress
- Support all ages of acute and chronic patient care with progressive regimens
