Performance Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation, a therapist-owned outpatient practice in Columbia, Maryland, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. We treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions with evidence-based rehab and hands-on therapy that emphasizes progressive exercise.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical reasoning, be skilled in manual therapy, and communicate effectively to develop personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Skilled in manual therapy and comfortable integrating hands-on treatment with progressive therapeutic exercise.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and the ability to develop individualized plans of care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enjoy developing meaningful relationships with patients.
• Value quality of care and long-term outcomes.
• Dry needling experience and advanced manual therapy certifications are preferred but not required.
