Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; CNA/CPCT or in healthcare program, or current Mercy coworker.
• Experience: None required; Missouri requires 175-hour training within 90 days of hire.
• Certifications: BLS within 1 month; PCT competencies within 3 months.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift 50 pounds; prolonged standing/walking; bend/kneel/twist/squat.
