Job summary

Responsibilities include providing medical services, prescribing and refilling medications, dictating findings, and coordinating with the medical team. The role may involve on-call duties and adherence to OSHA and departmental policies.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check.
• Pre-employment TB test and drug screening required.
• Active licensure per job requirements may be needed.
• OSHA safety policies and procedures compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provides medical services and clinical education to patients in a clinic setting.
• Provides medical care and treatment to existing patients.
• Dictates medical findings in a timely and concise manner.
• Assists physicians with prescriptions and refills.
• Communicates test results to patients promptly.
• Assists with Worker’s Compensation forms and related correspondence.
• Participates in on-call duties as needed.
• Participates in department meetings and mandatory educational programs.
• Follows departmental policies and guidelines.
