Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in Yorktown Heights is seeking a Physician Assistant to join the Orthopedics program. Under supervision, you will perform exams, establish diagnoses, and contribute to surgical care within a high-volume regional system.

You will travel to multiple NYP orthopedic locations, assist in OR settings, and support pre- and post-operative patient management while maintaining NYS licensure and NCCPA certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Physician Assistant studies.
• NYS licensure.
• NCCPA certification.
• Experience in orthopedic settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs history and physical examinations.
• Establishes presumptive diagnoses and orders appropriate labs/imaging.
• Assists in pre-, intra-, and post-operative surgical activities.
• Coordinates care across multiple NYP Orthopedic locations.
