Job summary

The CORE Institute invites applications for its 12-month Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant Fellowship, a full-time post-graduate program designed for new graduates and early-career PAs. Fellows work closely with attending surgeons and advanced practice providers to develop advanced diagnostic, surgical, and patient-management skills in high-volume settings.

The program emphasizes hands-on operative experience, comprehensive outpatient care, and preparation for NCCPA CAQ, with access to CME

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program.
• NCCPA certification or eligibility.
• PA license in Arizona and current DEA license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrated interest in orthopedic surgery and strong collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on operative experience across subspecialties; first-assist in the OR.
• Comprehensive outpatient exposure including fracture care, injections, and follow-up management.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, fellows, residents, and advanced practice providers.
