CoxHealth is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for our Outpatient Orthopedic Therapy team in Springfield, MO. You will assist therapists with exercises and treatment plans to restore movement and function, supporting a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited PTA program or hold a Missouri PTA license; new grads welcome with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program or equivalent.
• Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Missouri (active).
• New graduates welcome; Clinical mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with exercises, training, or treatment plans.
• Perform patient-related activities and delegated procedures per training.
• Support outpatient orthopedic therapy with teamwork and documentation.
• Maintain patient safety, record-keeping, and cleanliness of workspace.
