Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist for our Adult Outpatient Rehab team at the World Golf Village clinic. This full-time position serves an adult caseload providing general musculoskeletal care in a busy outpatient setting.

We seek an experienced therapist with a Bachelor's or higher in Physical Therapy, FL licensure, and BLS. 1+ year outpatient experience and orthopedic/post-operative care skills are preferred. Sign-on bonus up to $2,500 is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and FL licensure required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient rehab experience.
• Experience with post-operative orthopedic care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatments for adult patients.
• Provide patient care to improve function and prevent disability.
• Oversee support staff and participate in departmental operations.
• Help maintain budget guidelines and participate in licensure requirements.
