Job summary

Mercy is seeking an OR Nurse for the Mercy Orthopedic Hospital in Ozark, Missouri. This full-time role requires applying the nursing process to deliver patient care, coordinating with departments, and upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of nursing program (ADN/ASN/BSN).
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Other unit-specific certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments; maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
