Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive histories and physical examinations.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Develops care plans and follows up on results.
• Orders medications and writes prescriptions per policy.
• Documents care and progress notes comprehensively.
