Vero Orthopaedics in Florida is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team full-time. The OT will provide comprehensive rehabilitation for patients recovering from orthopedic conditions and surgeries at our state-of-the-art facility, focusing on improving daily living activities.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in orthopedic/outpatient OT, with hand therapy preferred, and holds a current Florida OT license.
Competenze
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Florida OT license.
- 2+ years experience in orthopedic/outpatient OT; hand therapy preferred.
Mansioni
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities and rehab needs.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic interventions to improve independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety.
- Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians for coordinated care.
- Document progress per clinic standards and regulations.
- Stay updated on OT advances and integrate into care.
- Maintain a safe, clean treatment environment.
