Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT is seeking an Orthopedic Tech Nursing Assistant to support physicians and deliver compassionate patient care during a 12-hour night shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CT-approved CNA training preferred or in progress
• BLS certification required
• Experience as Nursing Assistant with ortho in acute care preferred
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and provide patient care for daily living activities
• Collect and report patient information and data
• Patient transport and specimen collection
• Distribute linens and supplies to patient rooms; deliver ice and beverages
• Monitor safety for at-risk patients and provide comfort as needed
