The unit is expanding from 37 to 55 beds in Oct 2026, offering care for post‑surgical orthopedic, general surgery, colorectal, breast, thyroid, and GU patients. Mercy Innovation Unit drives AI‑assisted docs and digital tools to support caregivers and patients.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN license in Missouri (or temporary permit)
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through American Heart Association

Education
