New grads and experienced nurses are encouraged to apply, with full-time and part-time shifts available, including day and night coverage. The unit is expanding from 37 to 55 beds in October 2026, with innovative digital tools to streamline care and enhance the caregiver

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• License: Missouri RN or LPN license or temporary permit.
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient orthopedic nursing care for post-surgical patients.
• Collaborate with therapy services to improve mobility and independence.
• Support a growing unit expanding from 37 to 55 beds while maintaining nurse-to-patient ratios.
