The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner, a SC APRN license, NP certification, and prescriptive privileges or eligibility. Excellent clinical and collaboration skills are essential for coordinating care with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner required.
• SC RN license as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) verified by the LLR.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by approved accrediting agency.
• Prescriptive privileges or eligibility to apply.

Responsabilités

• Maintains a professional image and strong customer relations per Service Excellence Standards.
• Assesses patient needs based on history, examination, and diagnostic data.
• Records findings and formulates plans and prognosis.
• Plans, coordinates, and delivers care addressing holistic age-specific needs.
• Fosters compassion and integrity in patient interactions.
• Performs physical exams and preventative health measures as directed by physician.
• Discusses cases with physician to prepare comprehensive care plans.
